Who we are

OutBenz was conceived to fill a large gap in the market: the need for fully outsourced Employee Benefits administration and employee communication services, coupled with traditional Employee Benefits Consultancy and insurance broking.

It was created by Alan Frei who has been helping overseas companies to expand into the UK/Europe for over 25 years. Alan was a Partner at Baker Tilly (now RSM UK) having set up one of the precursors to Baker Tilly Financial Management Ltd in 1987 and was very much involved with its evolution until it was sold to Arthur J. Gallagher in 2014.

OutBenz is a totally independent FCA regulated firm (register no 783831). NB: The FCA does not regulate some forms of employee benefits such as auto enrolment.
