  • Branch/subsidiary of International company
  • Start-up or recent start-up (last 5 years)
  • More mature businesses looking to improve their Employee Benefits offering
  • VC funded or NASDAQ quoted
  • Potentially fast growth – usually looking to IPO in medium term
  • “Entrepreneurial” businesses
  • Want as little back office Finance and HR infrastructure as possible while they prove they can achieve sales/prove their profit model can work in UK/Europe
  • Once they grow, they will gradually start bringing certain back office functions in-house, but very rarely the Employee Benefits
